These Terms of Use apply when you access Red Flag Advisory Group’s website, free checks, Seller Resource Centre, account workspace and related preparation tools. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The platform provides self-directed preparation tools for Australian business owners. It is designed to help you organise questions, preparation status and next actions before a possible sale. It does not provide brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, financial, franchise, property, employment, valuation or other professional advice.

You must provide information that is accurate and keep account access confidential. You are responsible for the entries, notes and preparation records you choose to save. Do not enter sensitive personal information, third-party contact details, confidential source documents or information you do not have authority to use.

You retain responsibility for verifying financial records, contracts, licences, franchise requirements, employment matters, property arrangements and statements you may make to a buyer. The platform does not validate those matters or create a buyer-ready disclosure pack.

The free checks and guides are educational and preparatory. A score, status, task, prompt or result is not a valuation, audit, certification, estimate of sale price, prediction of sale likelihood, recommendation to sell or recommendation to appoint a broker.

You should obtain independent professional advice when the circumstances call for it, including legal, accounting, tax, valuation, franchise, property, employment, privacy or financial advice.

A broker introduction is optional and owner-controlled. A request does not guarantee that a broker will be available, accept the matter, obtain an engagement, find a buyer, achieve a price or complete a transaction. You remain free to choose whether to approach a broker and whether to proceed with any later broker engagement.

Any broker information shown through the platform should be independently assessed by you. No broker message, email, reminder or introduction is sent automatically by the currently released product. Red Flag Advisory Group will present the relevant consent and referral-disclosure information before any selected details are shared.

The currently released public tools do not activate an online purchase or payment flow. When the Seller Preparation Bundle is offered through checkout, its price in Australian dollars, inclusions, access period, applicable GST treatment and any specific refund terms will be shown before payment. A confirmed bundle entitlement may qualify an owner to request a Broker Fit & Marketing Strategy Review; it does not require engaging a broker or guarantee that a broker will be available, selected or appointed. Additional purchase terms may then apply.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw a feature where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development. We will aim to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active paid entitlement, if one is offered.

Red Flag Advisory Group owns or licenses the platform’s design, guides, questions, content and brand elements. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own business preparation. You must not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse or provide unauthorised access to the platform or its content.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, business interruption or reliance on general preparation content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
